Custom order items require a 50% of total as a deposit.
No custom order will be made until deposit received.
Upon completion of order remainder balance due.
Interaction with customer as needed in regards to color choice, measurements, design is required.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Returns only in the case of wrong size. Once the initial item is received your new item will be mailed. Returned items must be returned in the same condition as received.
